The details are encrypted automatically to make sure the original details never leave the secure area. Cardnet is responsible for controlling the secure payment section and we have no access to the details of your card account. | ||

| We are able to accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DELTA and SWITCH cards through our web site. All payments for items on the web will be in Pounds Sterling. Delivery is within 28 days. | ||
| Payment by Cheque | ||
| Orders that are accepted with payment by
cheque (in Pounds Sterling only) will not be despatched
until cleared, please allow a minimum of three working
days for this. Cheque payment can only be accepted in the

| SIZING | ||
| PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN
MEASURING YOUR ORDER We can make barbells and bars shorter but not longer and the labour and postage will be charged if alterations are requested. You can order any size you like when purchasing our unique Platinumbodyjewellery products from any of our showcases. If you know you are an in-between size (i.e. 9mm) please specify by fax or e-mail as we can size the bars to your exact size requirement. If you are unsure about the size you need, it is best you ask your piercer. |

| SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY | ||
| Please allow 28 days delivery for standard
items although we aim to be much quicker. Some special
orders may take longer than "standard delivery
time"; we will advise you of the estimated delivery
time at time of purchasing. Goods will be sent by "Special Delivery Post" in the UK and for your security will only be sent to the cardholder or cheque payer's address where it will be signed for on receipt. For customers outside the UK, items will be despatched by Federal Express Courier. If you have any reason to believe your package may be lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately If you receive a parcel with shortages or faulty goods, please notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery of your order and you will be issued with a returns reference number. We will need to know any relevant information (i.e. date of order, invoice number, customer number etc.) Faulty or damaged goods should be returned in a padded envelope or box. Enclose a note, detailing the reason for the return and quote your returns reference number. Any jewellery should be returned cleaned and sterilized and placed in a plastic bag. Platinumbodyjewellery will not be held liable for any returns to Platinumbodyjewellery which are lost or damaged in transit, so please use "Special Delivery Post" so that the package is fully traceable and insured WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR JEWELLERY OPENING THE BAG COMPLETES SALE All products are delivered in a sterilised, security sealed, tamper proof, transparent packet for viewing. Once you are satisfied, the packet can be opened and the jewellery becomes yours. Wording on the tamper proof bag:-"Breaking seal completes sale." |

| RETURNS POLICY | ||
| Items can only be returned for a full
(less postage and packaging charge) money back guarantee
if it is a standard item (ie. not made specially to your
personal specifications) and is returned within 14 days
by "special delivery post" and the bag is still
sealed and not tampered with (due to hygiene
regulations), or the item is faulty. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL AND ENSURE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER CORRECTLY. |

receive a full refund for any item or service, apart
from items personalised for you and made specially to

You may cancel your order by sending us a letter, fax or e-mail cancellation at any time up to and including the seventh day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after the day on which you receive your purchase. PLEASE NOTE, IN THE INTERESTS OF HYGIENE THE GOODS HAVE TO BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL STERILE TAMPER PROOF BAG UNOPENED; IF IT HAS BEEN OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH THEN THE SALE IS COMPLETED AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
