SIZING: Please be very careful in measuring when ordering, we can make barbells shorter but not longer and the labour will be charged if alterations are requested.
TRADING TERMS: There is a 14 day period in which you can return your order for refund (less postage and packaging) provided that it is not a special order or the pouch seal has not been broken. The jewellery is delivered in a sealed transparent sterile pouch. If the seal is broken the sale is agreed and the item is non-returnable for hygiene reasons. All offers are subject to availability. You will be notified of any price change (for instance due to change in VAT) before or when goods are sent to you, by a correction list or on a despatch note. All measurements stated in our literature are approximate.
DELIVERY: Please allow 28 days delivery for standard items although we aim to be much quicker. Special orders may take longer and we will advise on delivery times. Goods will be sent by “Special Delivery Post” in the UK and for your security will only be sent to the cardholder or cheque payer's address.
